摘要
基于高弹性电网智能调度控制系统设计了DPFC(分布式潮流控制器)实时控制优化应用功能,根据区域电网的实时运行状态及系统内可调节资源情况,实时评估各关联潮流断面的运行裕度,在确保电网安全的运行区间内,给出DPFC控制的最优运行方式与电网安全提升建议措施,为电网调度人员提供辅助决策,提升电网的安全性与运行效能,最大限度的挖掘电网潜力。并以某电网GXⅠ线、GXⅡ线DPFC装置为例,分析说明了DPFC实时控制的具体优化流程,结果表明该应用功能可有效优化DPFC运行状态,提升区域电网的安全性与经济性。
The DPFC(distributed power flow controller)real-time control optimization application function is designed based on the resilient power grid intelligent dispatching control system.According to the real-time operation status of the regional power grid and the adjustable resources in the system,the operation margin of each associated power flow section is evaluated in real time.Within the operating range to ensure the safety of the power grid,the best operation mode of DPFC control and the recommended measures for power grid security improvement are given to assist power grid dispatchers.Taking the DPFC devices on lines GXⅠand GXⅡof a power grid as examples,the specific optimization process of DPFC real-time control is analyzed and illustrated.The results show that the application function can effectively optimize the operation state of DPFC and improve the security and economy of the regional power grid.
