摘要
随着社会的不断发展,非营利组织在我国的影响力也在不断增大。而非营利组织影响力的大小与其雇员稳定性是密切相关的。目前我国非营利性组织存在着人才留不住,创新人才缺乏的问题。由于非营利性组织结构构建与组织目标同企业这样的营利组织组织有先天差别,决定非营利性组织不可能完全照搬企业雇员管理方法。文章将从非营利性组织的特点出发分析非营利性组织保持雇员稳定的困难原因。并结合企业雇员忠诚度管理成功经验给非营利性组织的启示来提出对策建议。使非营性组织能够从自身实际出发扩大自身的影响力,保持雇员的稳定性,留住人才。
With the development of society, the impact of the non-profit organizations influence is growing in China.The influence of non-profit organizations is closely related to the stability of its employees.At present, the non-profit organizations in China can not keep employees, the problem of lacking of creative talents.There are differences between the non-profit organizations and profit-making enterprises.Non-profit organizations can not copy the management methods of enterprise employees completely.This paper shall analyze the reasons for the difficulty about maintaining employees’stability from the characteristics of the non-profit organizations, meantime giving some policy proposals based on the success experience of the enterprise employees’management to of non-profit organizations.The Non-business organizations can expand their influence and maintain the stability of employees and retain talent from their own actual conditions.
