p63基因研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 p63是近年发现的p53家族成员之一,由于启动子的不同和3’端剪切方式的不同,p63基因可编码多种具有不同活性的异构体,可分成两大类:具有反式激活区的TA异构体和N末端截短的ΔN异构体.TA异构体具有p53样活性诱导细胞周期停滞和凋亡,ΔN异构体则抑制p53的功能促进转化细胞的生长.p63主要在各种上皮组织的发育、分化和形态发生上起重要作用,对于胚胎形成过程中外胚层的发育具有重要的意义,在肿瘤发生中更多的是致癌作用而不是抑癌作用.
