摘要
针对航天大尺寸铝合金薄壁圆盘在加工过程中的翘曲变形问题,提出采用综合"应力释放槽"、"三次振动去应力"等工艺方法,解决了大面积薄壁零件的加工难题,确保了产品设计要求。实际生产状态验证了该工艺措施的有效性,可应用于其他同类结构大面积薄壁零件的加工。
Focusing on large scale and thin disk machining in aerospace industry,a combination of methods'residual stress release slotting'and'vibration aided aging'is proposed to solve the distortion problem in the machining process. The method is validated by the satisfaction of design requirement in product machining,from which the proposed method can be proven to extend to other aerospace components with similar structure.
