摘要
本文应用扫描电子显微镜对梨品种的花粉形态进行了观察。看到不同品种花粉粒的形状、大小和花粉壁上纹饰存在着差异,这将为鉴定和识别梨品种提供新的方法。观察表明,亲缘关系近的品种,花粉形态较为相似。本文对梨花粉发芽率和花粉管长度也进行了测定。花粉发芽率和花粉管长度品种间有明显差异。萘乙酸对多数品种的花粉发芽率和花粉管发育有一定的促进作用。
This paper, deals with the pollen morphology in pear cultivars, which was carried out by means of scanning electron microscope. The difference of the shapes and size of pollea grains and the difference of the ornamentation on pollen exines among difference cultivars were investgated. These results provide a new method to help identify the pear cultivars. The germination percentage of pollen and length of pollen trub in defferent culture medium were determined.
