摘要
利用扫描电镜对宿根福禄考的6个品种的花粉进行观察,结果表明:(1)宿根福禄考花粉粒均为近球形、花粉外壁纹饰为网状纹饰,但各品种花粉大小,网脊差异大。(2)聚类分析表明遗传距离在6.5763水平处,将宿根福禄考材料分为3个类群。第一组包括pan-03、pan-04、pan-05,花粉形态主要特点为花粉粒大,网眼面积较小,花粉表面都有颗粒状突起。第二组包括pan-01、pan-02,花粉形态主要特点为花粉粒大小明显较小,网眼面积大。第三组仅pan-ru-06,其花粉粒最大,网脊最宽1.04,网眼面积最小,仅为3.84。(3)结合形态学分析结果和孢粉学分类结果相似,但不完全一致。
Six kinds of Phlox paniculata pollen grains were observed by using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that: ⑴ Phlox paniculata pollen grains were nearly spherical, the ornamentation of pollen exine was reticulate ornamentation, but there were large differences in pollen size and net ridge among all varieties. ⑵ Clustering analysis showed that Phlox paniculata materials were divided into 3 groups when genetic distance was 6.5763. The first group included pan-03,pan-04, pan-05. Main features of pollen morphology were large pollen size, smaller mesh area and granular protrusions in pollen surface. The second group included pan-01、pan-02. Main features of pollen morphology were smaller pollen size, large mesh area. The third group included pan-ru-06. It had the largest pollen size. The widest net ridge was 1.04. It had the minimum mesh area which was only 3.84. ⑶ Morphological analysis results and palynological classification results were similar, but not exactly the same.
