发达地区县域金融集聚的产业结构升级效应——基于宁波县域静态与动态面板数据的实证研究

Industrial Structure Upgrading Effects of Financial Agglomeration in the Counties in Developed Area ——An Empirical Study of Ningbo Counties Based on Static and Dynamic Panel Data

摘要以经济发达的沿海城市——宁波市为例,基于2003-2016年县域面板数据,采用静态和动态面板模型实证检验宁波县域金融集聚对产业结构升级的影响。结果表明:静态面板模型显示,县域金融集聚能够显著促进产业结构升级;动态面板模型进一步验证了静态面板模型结果的稳健性;宁波县域产业结构升级存在明显的双面调整惯性,即对于产业结构升级较快的县域来说,调整惯性有利于产业结构升级,反之就会妨碍产业结构升级。为更好地发挥宁波县域金融集聚的产业结构升级效应,提出了建议:改善金融生态环境,加快金融集聚发展;发展新兴金融业态,培育互联网金融集聚区;对接上海国际金融中心,提升金融市场能级;优化金融空间布局,实现区域金融协调发展。 Taking Ningbo as an example and based on the panel data of the counties from 2003 to 2016, this paper uses static and dynamic panel models to test the influence of the financial agglomeration on the industrial structure upgrading of Ningbo counties. The results are as follows: the static panel model shows that financial agglomeration can significantly promote the upgrading of Ningbo’s industrial structure;and the estimation results of dynamic panel models further verify the robustness of the static panel model’s results. In addition, it is found that there is obvious adjustment inertia in the upgrading of Ningbo’s industrial structure, and this inertia has two sides. For the regions with faster upgrading of industrial structure, the adjustment inertia is conducive to the effects of industrial structure upgrading, while for the regions with slower upgrading of industrial structure, it will hinder the further upgrading. Finally, in order to better give play to the effects of financial agglomeration on industrial structure in Ningbo counties, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to improve the financial environment and accelerate the financial agglomeration;to develop new types of financial operation and establish on-line finance agglomeration district;to dock with the international fiance center Shanghai and enhance the energy level of the market;to optimize the layout of financial space and realize the coordinated financial development of each region.
