摘要 目的探讨事件相关电位和脑电图对痴呆认知功能的评价效果。方法选取本院2015年5月至2017年5月接收的307例痴呆患者作为观察组,另选取同期来本院进行健康体检的113例正常健康人群作为对照组。两组患者均接受认知功能检查、事件相关单位(ERP)检查、脑电图(EEG)检查。对比EEG检查活动异常情况、ERP检查异常情况以及认知功能评分情况。结果观察组轻度、中度、重度异常检出率较对照组均更高,且正常检出率较对照组更低;观察组潜伏期较对照组更长,且波幅较对照组更低;观察组MMSE评分较对照组更低;比较P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论痴呆患者接受事件相关电位检查可有效提高异常检出率,脑电图检查则能有效的评估患者的病情,对于评价患者的预后来说意义重大,值得在临床中推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of event-related potentials and EEG on cognitive function of dementia. Methods A total of 307 patients with dementia received from May 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled as the observation group. One hundred and thirteen normal healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. Both groups received cognitive function tests, event-related unit(ERP)tests, and electroencephalogram(EEG) tests. Compare EEG check activity abnormalities, ERP check abnormalities and cognitive function scores. Results The detection rate of mild, moderate and severe abnormalities in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the normal detection rate was lower than that in the control group. The incubation period of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the amplitude was lower than that of the control group. The MMSE score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion Patients with dementia undergo event-related potential examination can effectively improve the abnormal detection rate. EEG can effectively evaluate the patient’s condition, which is of great significance for evaluating the prognosis of patients, and it is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
