摘要 目的研究分析核磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)对脑血管疾病的诊断价值。方法 2013年5月至2017年5月期间我院收治的322例脑血管疾病患者,均接受MRA检查,评价MRA的诊断价值。结果 (1)MRA检查结果分析:顺利完成MRA检查,193例血管正常,124例血管狭窄,5例血管闭塞。(2)梗死病灶与血管病变相关性分析:经MRA检查,以梗死病灶直径20mm作为界限分为梗死病灶≥20mm组和梗死病灶<20mm组,梗死病灶≥20mm组患者血管狭窄比例明显高于梗死病灶<20mm组(P<0.05),梗死病灶<20mm组未出现血管闭塞病例。结论针对脑血管疾病患者,核磁共振血管成像技术诊断准确率较高,可清楚显示脑部病变情况,利于早期明确病情,为治疗方案的制定提供科学依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in cerebrovascular diseases. Methods From May 2013 to May 2017, 322 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were treated with MRA and multi-slice spiral CT angiography in our hospital, and the diagnostic value of MRA was evaluated. Results (1) MRA examination result analysis: successfully completed MRA examination, 193 cases of normal blood vessels, 124 cases of vascular stenosis, 5 cases of vascular occlusion.(2) correlation analysis of infarction and vascular disease: the MRA examination, the lesion diameter of 20 mm as the boundary is divided into cerebral infarction group and cerebral infarction was ≥ 20mm < 20mm group, The infarction over patients in the ≥ 20mm group The proportion of vascular stenosis was significantly higher than that of infarction <20mm group(P<0.05), cerebral infarction <20mm group without vascular occlusion cases. Conclusion For patients with cerebral vascular disease, the diagnosis of magnetic resonance angiography and high accuracy, can clearly display brain lesions, early to clear the condition, and to provide scientific basis for treatment, has important clinical value.
