摘要
目的探讨窝沟封闭术在儿童龋齿预防中的临床应用效果。方法对我院2007-2010年间收治的57例儿童(94颗第一恒磨牙)行窝沟封闭术,随访观察封闭剂的存留及患龋情况。结果对所有儿童随访2年,发现第1年47颗牙齿封闭剂完全保留率为89.4%,部分脱落率为6.4%,完全脱落率为4.3%。第2年47颗牙齿封闭剂完全保留率为80.9%,部分脱落率为8.5%,完全脱落率为10.6%。试验组共检出龋齿3颗,龋齿发生率为6.4%,对照组共检出龋齿9颗,龋齿发生率为19.1%,龋齿发生率组间差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论窝沟封闭术在预防儿童龋齿方面具有较高的临床应用价值,且操作简单,痛苦小,费用低廉,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed operation of pit and fissure in the prevention of dental caries in children.Methods 57 cases of children(94 the first permanent molars) in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 years were accepted closed operation of pit and fissure,observed sealant retention and dental caries.Results All children were followed for 2 years,found that in first years 47 teeth retained completely,the rate was 89.4%,part dropping rate was 6.4%,and completely dropping rate was 4.3%.In second years 47 teeth completely retention rate was 80.9%,part dropping rate was 8.5%,and completely dropping rate was 10.6%.In test group were found caries in 3 teeth,dental caries occurrence rate was 6.4%,in control group were found caries in 9 teeth,dental caries occurrence rate was 19.1%,the difference of caries incidence rate between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed operation of pit and fissure in the prevention of dental caries has higher clinical application value in children,and has the advantages of simple operation,less pain,lower cost,it is worthy of further clinical using.
