摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)临床表现呈现高度异质性,诊断和治疗仍存在较多争议,治疗方法的选择也不尽相同。2018年中华医学会妇产科学分会妇科内分泌学组组织国内相关专家制定了中国"多囊卵巢综合征诊疗指南",文章就该指南中育龄期女性的诊断标准及依据,结合国外共识及文献作一解读。
The clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)are highly heterogeneous.The diagnosis and treatment of PCOS are still controversial,and the treatment methods are different.In 2018,the Gynecological Endocrinology Group of Chinese Med?ical Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology orga?nized domestic experts to formulate the 'Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syn?drome' in China.This article will interpret the diag?nosis criteria and the evidence of this Guidelines for childbearing age women by combining with foreign consensus and literature.
