摘要
目的观察矽肺患者诱导痰中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,了解NO和MDA水平在矽肺发生发展中的作用,探讨检测矽肺患者诱导痰中NO和MDA水平的意义。方法以50名某酒店服务人员为对照人群,50名接触矽尘1年以上的接尘工人为接尘组,52例矽肺患者为矽肺组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法进行诱导痰中NO和MDA水平测定。结果与对照组比较,接尘组和矽肺组NO水平明显升高,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组及接尘组比较,矽肺组MDA水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察对象组与各期矽肺的NO、MDA水平的比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论机体氧化和抗氧化系统的失衡与矽肺的发生发展有关;对氧化应激指标的监测有利于预测矽肺发病和评估预后。
Objective To observe the nitric oxide (NO)and m alondialdehyde (MDA )levels in induced sputum of silicosis sufferers and their role in the developm ent of silicosis to explore the significance of testing NO and MDA levels in silicosis sufferers.Methods Fifty hotel staff w ere chosen as control group,w hile 50 w orkers w ith m ore than one year exposure to silica dust as exposure group,and 52 sili-cosis sufferers as silicosis group.ELISA m ethod was adopted to determ ine the NO and M DA leveslin induced sputum .Results Com pared w ith the control group,NO levels in the exposure group and the silicosis group clearly increased,and the differences w ere of high statisti-cal significance (P<0 .01 ).Com pared w ith the control group and the exposure group ,MDA levels in the silicosis group clearly increased , and the differences w ere of statistical significance(P<0.05).The differences of NO and MDA levels w ere not of statistical significanc be-tw een the control group and the silicosis group of different stages.Conclusion The out-of-balance of organic oxidation and antioxidant system is related to the developm ent of silicosis,so m onitoring the indicators of oxidative stress can help to predict the incidence and as-sess the prognosis of silicosis.
