摘要
目的探讨社区糖尿病患者健康信息获取行为与健康状况的相关性,为社区医护人员进行糖尿病健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样法,抽取长春市3个社区的2型糖尿病患者180例作为研究对象,采用HISB量表、SF-36问卷对其进行调查。结果本研究最终纳入社区糖尿病患者176例,其糖尿病HISB总分为(51.40±9.66)分;SF-36健康状况得分为(100.14±9.54)分。不同年龄、文化程度、病程及有无并发症患者HISB得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。糖尿病患者并发症、病程、获取信息的互联网渠道、获取信息的主观障碍因素、年龄对其健康状况有影响(P<0.01),这5个因素共同解释健康状况的31.0%。结论社区糖尿病患者健康信息获取行为处于中等水平,应加强社区卫生服务机构人员配置、改变健康教育方式、采用互联网等多渠道结合途径开展医疗卫生服务,提高社区糖尿病患者的健康信息获取能力,提升其生活质量。
Objective To explore the correlation between health information seeking behavior and health status among patients with diabetes mellitus in community,and to provide basis for diabetes health education for community health care workers.Methods By using convenience sampling,180 patients with type 2 diabetes from 3 communities in Changchun were selected as research subjects.HISB and SF-36 were used to investigate their health information seeking behavior and health status.Results Our study finally included 176 patients with diabetes in the community.The total score of HISB for diabetes was(51.40±9.66)point,the score of SF-36 health status was(100.14±9.54)point.The differences in HISB scores were statistically significant among different ages,education levels,disease duration,and complications(all P<0.05).Complications,duration of disease,internet access to information,subjective barriers to accessing information,and age had impact on their health status(P<0.01).Conclusion The health information seeking behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus in community were at moderate level.Improving their health information seeking ability and quality of life of diabetes patients in community should be dealt by strengthening community health service,changing health education methods,and combining multi-channel and Internet.
