摘要
Cu Ni Sn Zr多元铜合金是一种成本较低,强度与导电性能较好的合金,常规的强化工艺是固溶加时效处理,研究发现冷轧加深冷处理是一种有效的强化方法;研究了空位点缺陷密度对导电性能的影响。
CuNiSnZr is a polybasic copper alloy of low cost and high property. The normal strengthening technology of the alloy is solid solution adding age treatment. It was found that cold rolling adding cryogenic treatment is an effective strengthening method. The influence of the point defect on conductivity property had been studied.
