摘要
采用高纯铝加单一杂质元素的方法 ,研究了硼对含铁铝、含硅铝导电性的影响。研究结果表明 :当硼加入到含硅铝中 ,电阻率有略微提高 ,而加入到含铁铝中其电阻率有明显下降 ,且硼能明显影响铁在铝中的存在形式及分布状态。这表明硼能改善铝的导电性不仅在于它能与铝中微量杂质元素反应 。
Effects of B on the electric conductivity of Fe or Si containing aluminum were examined. The results showed that the resistivity of the Si containing aluminum slightly ascended with B addition,while that of Fe containing aluminum significantly descended with B addition. Further investigation showed obvious effects of B on forms and distribution of Fe in aluminum.
