摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜,以及能谱仪等组织观察和分析测试手段,对加硼后的工业纯铝组织和成分进行分析,最终得出了硼与工业纯铝中的Ti、V等杂质元素发生反应,生成复杂硼化物,净化了铝基体。
The effects of Boron on microstructure of industrial pure aluminum are investigated by means of optical microscope, SEM and EDS. The results show that B is reacted with impurity elements of Ti, V etc, which contained in industrial pure aluminum, to produce complicated B chemical compound, and so the industrial pure aluminum is purified
