摘要
阐述了100MW循环流化床机组床温控制系统。分析介绍了给煤量、一次风量、二次风量、一二次风配比及循环灰量对床温的影响及其调整方式,在保证床温在允许正常范围内的基础上,确定最佳风煤比,保证了燃烧效率。
The bed temperature control system used in 100 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler is introduced. It regulates the coal feeding rate, the air flow, the distribution of the primary air and secondary air flow and the recycle ash to control the bed temperature. On the basis of the bed temperature being within normal range, the optimal air-coal ratio is determined.
