摘要
通过扫描电镜和电子探针分析钙熔盐电解中破损石墨阳极的结构和杂质,探索了其破损机理。通过实验研制出适合于钙熔盐电解过程用的石墨阳极的涂层,并对涂层进行了扫描电镜分析,结果说明该涂层是致密无裂纹且附着力强,具有较好的抗氧化能力,能防止或减少石墨阳极的消耗。
Microstructure and impurity of graphite anode in calcium molten salt electrolysis are investigated by SEM and electron probe, it shows the holes of the graphite anode adsorbed the electrolyte in electrolysis of calcium molten salt, then the electrolyte hydrolyzed and dehydrated made the surrounding particles of them damaged for the imbalance stress as well as the oxidation of the active graphite particles on the anode surface. The coating suited for electrolysis of calcium molten salt is developed, and the results shows that the coating is compact without crack and with strong adhesive. It demonstrated that the coating had a excellent oxidation resistance characteristics, so it can prevent or decrease the spoilage.
