摘要
CFRCMCs 具有高比强度、高比模量、低密度、耐腐蚀等优良特性,其致命弱点是在有氧环境中,一旦温度超过370℃碳纤维将被氧化掉,因此解决 CFRCMCs 的防氧化问题一直是人们研究的热点。解决 CFRCMCs 防氧化的最有效措施是对复合材料施加整体涂层。本文对 CFRCMCs 防氧化涂层的研究进展作一综述,总结了典型的涂层体系并对防氧化涂层的发展作了展望。
Ceramic matrix composites reinforced with carbon fibers exhibit attractive properties sucg as high strengths,high elastic moduli,low densities and good corrosion resistance.However,once there is oxygen in the cir- cumstance,carbon fiber will be oxidized at as low as 370℃.Therefore,much effort has been made to prevent the CFR CMCs from being oxidized.The most effective method is to put protective coatings on the CFRCMCs.This article summarizes typical coating systems,and the further dvelopment of oxidation resistant coatings is also reviewed.
