摘要
2017年是我国供应链创新与应用新时代元年,供应链已经发展到与物联网和互联网密切融合的智慧供应链阶段。加强智慧供应链人才培养,已成为我国高校亟需解决的问题。剖析美国高校供应链人才培养的现状及趋势:强调更广泛供应链知识的培养;倡导学习更多新技术;关注社会责任和可持续发展;加强对管理学中的软性技巧等能力的培养;课程设计与企业研究项目或实习结合更紧密。借鉴美国高校在供应链教育上"重视实践"的理念,从智慧供应链对人才培养带来的挑战、供应链人才培养定位、供应链人才培养模式创新、供应链教学内容和研究范围的拓展等方面对多层次供应链人才培养进行探讨。
2017 is the first year of China’s supply chain innovation and application,which has developed into an intelligent supply chain phase closely integrated with the Internet of Things and Internet.Strengthening the talent training of intelligent supply chain has become an urgent problem to be solved in Chinese universities.Its status and trend in the United States have been analyzed through emphasizing broader supply chain knowledge training;advocating more new technologies;focusing on social responsibility and sustainable development;strengthening the development of skills,especially soft skills in management;more closely integrated curriculum design with corporate research projects or internships.Learning from the concept of'emphasizing practice'in supply chain education in the United States,this paper discusses the cultivation of multi-level supply chain talent in terms of challenges as well as its orientation,innovation,expansion and research scope,and so on.
