摘要
铁皮石斛是我国常用的名贵中药材,拥有"药中黄金"的美誉,最早记载于《神农本草经》,具有2 000多年的应用历史。石斛具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤以及养阴生津等疗效。药理学研究表明,石斛中的多糖成分是其主要作用因子,因此,引起了广大研究人员的关注。该文主要就石斛多糖的相关研究进展做一概述。
Dendrobium,a rare traditional Chinese herb,has the reputation of being'gold in medicine'. Dendrobium was first recorded in the medical monograph,Shen Nong's Herbal known as a classic on the Herbal,the earliest book on medicine in China,which appeared more than two thousand years ago. Dendrobium functions are to improve immunity,antioxidant,antitumor and to nourish yin and to promote the production of body fluids. Polysaccharide is an essential key factor for the physiological activity. So in recent years many researchers have been interested in studying on the polysaccharide from Dendrobium. This paper reviews the research advances on polysaccharide of Dendrobium.
