摘要
铁皮石斛是我国传统的名贵中药,其药用价值备受历代医者推崇,享有"救命仙草"的美称。现代药理研究表明铁皮石斛多糖具有广泛的生物活性,故成为了现代的研究热点,近几年对其研究特别活跃,相关的研究成果报道也增加很快。查阅最近5年国内关于铁皮石斛多糖的文献资料,并对这些文献资料进行整理、分析和归纳,系统地总结了国内近5年关于铁皮石斛多糖的含量测定及其影响因素、药理作用、应用研究的研究进展,以期为铁皮石斛多糖的进一步研究和开发利用提供思路。
Dendrobium candidum is a traditional precious traditional Chinese medicine in China.Its medicinal value has been highly praised by doctors of all dynasties and enjoys the reputation of“life-saving fairy grass”.Modern pharmacological research shows that Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide has a wide range of biological activities,so it has become a modern research hotspot.In recent years,its research has been particularly active,and the reports of relevant research results have increased rapidly.On the basis of predecessors,the author consulted the domestic literature on Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide in recent 5 years,sorted,analyzed and summarized these literature,and systematically summarized the research progress on the content determination,influencing factors,pharmacological effects and application of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide in recent 5 years,In order to provide ideas for the further research,development and utilization of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide.
