摘要
本文采用CFD数值仿真方法研究旋转阀与阀座间隙泄漏对膜式燃气表测量误差的影响。解决了皮膜和旋转阀之间的联动关系、旋转阀转动与皮膜运动的仿真实现等技术问题,运用滑移网格、动网格及用户自定义函数(UDF)技术实现了膜式燃气表内部流动的动态数值仿真。计算得到膜式燃气表内部流动速度场和压力场,通过对比计算获得的6个流量与对应的理论流量,评估了间隙泄漏引起的流量测量误差。结果显示,膜式燃气表内部流动复杂,随着流量的增大,间隙泄漏和压损增大,误差随流量呈复杂曲线。
Numerical simulation on the inner flow of a diaphragm gas meter is presented. Several technical problems have been resolved, including linkage relationship between the rotary valve and the diaphragms, realizing and controlling the movements of the rotary valve and the diaphragms with computer program. Simulations has been carried out for 6 flow rates. Comparing with the theoretical volume flow rate, evaluation of the measurement error caused by gap leakage has been taken. The results show that the internal flow of the diaphragm gas meter is complicated. The leakage and pressure loss increased with the increasing of flow rate, and the measurement error varied with the flow rate, showing a complex curve.
