摘要
通过对温州模式产生的背景、温州模式的本质以及温州模式和浙江经验移植的必要性、必然性和可能性的分析,认为温州模式是典型的自组织的市场经济,具有普适性,只要处理好政府与企业间的关系和企业的发展动力问题即产权问题,温州模式和浙江经验就是可移植的。
The background that Wenzhou model is produced and the essence of Wenzhou model is firstly analyzed in this article. The necessity, certainty and possibility of duplicating Wenzhou model and Zhejiang experience are discussed with the theory of self-organizing of market economy,which is deemed in this paper to be applicable to other regions in China. Thus, Zhejiang experience and Wenzhou model are imitable as long as the relations between government and enterprises and the driving power of development, which is in fact a question of property rights, can be settled properly.
