摘要
对处于资源枯竭期的煤炭企业存在的各类问题进行了深入分析,提出有利于企业转型升级的5项具体举措,包括改变观念,创新发展思路;科学配置人力资源,提升员工队伍素质;建立多元化的产业结构,选准产业方向和项目;政府加强组织领导和政策协调;加强生态环境保护,推行清洁生产工作等,促进煤炭企业的健康可持续发展。
This paper analyzes all kinds of problems existing in coal enterprise who are undergoing resource exhaust and puts forwards of 5specific measures for enterprise transformation promotion including breaking old minds while promoting new ideas for development, scientifically allocating human resources while improving staff quality, establishing diversified industrial structure, selecting ne development direction in the sector and selecting good projects, strengthening government＇ s role in guidance and policy coordination, strengthening ecological environmental protections, promoting clean production to achieve healthy and sustainable development for coal enterprises.
