摘要
目的观察曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病(CHD)合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月新郑市人民医院收治的110例老年CHD合并CHF患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。A组在常规治疗的基础上接受曲美他嗪治疗,B组在A组治疗的基础上加服美托洛尔。统计两组患者治疗总有效率,对比两组患者治疗前后LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD等心功能指标和TNF-α、CRP等炎性因子水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(98. 11%)高于对照组(81. 82%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组患者LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年CHD合并CHF临床效果较好,可有效改善患者心功能,且能抑制炎症反应,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease( CHD) combined with heart failure( CHF). Methods A total of110 elderly patients with CHD combined with CHF admitted to Xinzheng People’s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 patients in each group. Patients in group A received trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment,and patients in group B received metoprolol on the basis of treatment in group A. The levels of inflammatory factors such as LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD and the inflammatory factors such as IL-6,TNF-α were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group( 98. 11%) was higher than that of the control group( 81. 82%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The level of LVEF after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of IL-6 and TNF-a after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly CHD with CHF has a good clinical effect,can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,and can inhibit inflammation. It has clinical popularization value.
