摘要
目的:分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2020年8月柞水县小岭镇卫生院收治的80例老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施美托洛尔治疗,观察组实施美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组患者心功能指标、心绞痛情况、治疗效果和不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后每搏量、6 min步行距离均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,可以有效改善心功能,缓解临床症状,提高治疗有效率,不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were admitted to the Xiaoling Town Health Center of Zhashui County from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with trimetazidine.The cardiac function indexes,angina pectoris,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the stroke volume and 6-minute walking distance of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively improve cardiac function,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the effective rate of treatment,and have less adverse reactions and high safety.
