Progress of the relevant sutdy on early fetal echocardiography

摘要 随着胎儿颈项透明层检查广泛开展,在测量颈项透明层时期开展孕早期超声心动图被提倡并得到快速发展,孕早期胎儿超声心动图在早期心脏结构和功能评估等方面取得了很大的成绩。但是由于其存在一定的局限和不足,尤其是随着现在染色体非整倍体无创基因检测技术的广泛应用,有必要对孕早期胎儿超声心动图做一重新审视,现将其相关研究进展综述如下。 Today,the ever widening use of first-trimester nuchal translucency measurement is being paralleled by a rising interest in fetal echocardiography scan.Early fetal echocardiography has contributed to learn about structural and functional aspects of the early fetal heart.This technique is,however,currently limited to a few specialized centers,and as fetal medicine centers widely adopt non-invasiveprenatal testing for aneuploidy screening,it is necessary to have a review at the early fetal echocardiography.
