茶黄素对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤SCr、BUN和NO含量的影响机制

摘要 目的:探讨茶黄素对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响,并初步探讨影响机制。方法:大鼠36只随机分成假手术组、模型组与用药组。检测各组SCr、BUN和NO含量。结果:与假手术组相比,模型组和用药组血清SCr、BUN和NO含量升高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,用药组的SCr、BUN、NO含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:茶黄素可改善大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤导致的肾功能障碍。 Objective:To explore the effect of theaflavins on the SCr,BUN and NO content of rats with renal ischemia-reperfusion injury and explore the mechanism preliminarily.Methods:36 rats were randomly divided into the sham-operated group,the model group and the drug group.The creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen and nitric oxide content of each group were detected.Results:Compared with the sham-operated group,the serum SCr,BUN and NO content of the model group and the drug group increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the SCr,BUN,NO content of the drug group reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theaflavins could improve the renal dysfunction of rats with renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
