摘要
建立一种用于分析正山小种红茶中茶黄素的液相色谱-串联质谱法,利用多重反应监测模式对正山小种红茶中茶黄素进行定性和定量分析.色谱柱为反相C18柱,流动相为0.1%甲酸和乙腈,柱温35℃.分析结果表明:方法检出限为6.6 ng/g,相对标准偏差小于4.08%,回收率为91.2%~102.5%,该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于红茶中茶黄素的分析.
A liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry method for the analysis of theaflavins in black tea is established.The theaflavins in black tea are identified by the HPLC-ESI-MS-MS technique with the multiple-reaction monitoring mode.The separation of theaflavins is performed on sunfire-C18 at 35 ℃,formic acid-0.1% and acetonitrile are used as the mobile phase for elution.The limit of detection is 6.6ng/g,the relative standard deviation is less than 4.08%,the recoveries are 91.2%~102.5%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of theaflavins in black tea.
