负压封闭引流加跟骨牵引治疗小腿骨折后骨筋膜室综合征的体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)加跟骨牵引在小腿骨折后骨筋膜室综合征治疗中的效果。方法:2009年7月-2013年7月收治小腿骨折后骨筋膜室综合征患者21例,行急诊切开减张及跟骨牵引术后,使用负压封闭引流装置覆盖骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后创面。结果:术后1~2周移除引流敷料,见切口肿胀消退,肉芽组织新鲜,无明显感染。21例行钢板内固定术后,减张伤口均行直接缝合。随访时间3~12个月,创面愈合良好,无功能障碍,外形满意。结论:负压封闭引流技术加跟骨牵引对小腿骨折后筋膜室综合征有明显的疗效。 Objective:To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage with calcaneal traction in the treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome after fracture of lower leg.Methods:21 patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome after fracture of lower leg were selected from July 2009 to July 2013.They were treated by emergency fasciotomy and calcaneal traction,and then were given negative closed drainage device with osteofascial compartment syndrome for fasciotomy of the wound after the operation.Results:After 1 to 2 weeks,drain was removed,incision swelling was faded,granulation tissue was fresh,there was no obvious infection.21 cases were given plate fixation,reducing tension of the wound was sutured directly.The follow-up time was 3 to 12 months,wound healing was good,there was no dysfunction,appearance was satisfactory.Conclusion:The effect of vacuum sealing drainage with calcaneal traction in the treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome after fracture of lower leg was significant.
