摘要
提出以护理程序为框架 ,将临床护理、护理管理、护理教育融为一体、同步研究、共同发展的三位一体的研究思路。主要观点是 :同步开展以临床为先导、以管理为保障、以教育为根本的护理程序应用 ,并将研究课题纳入护理招标项目指南 ,以推动整体护理改革向纵深发展。
The author presented a new framework of nursing procedure which integrated clinical nursing, nursing management, and nursing education. Its main content is to carry out simultaneous education on nursing procedure, with clinical nursing as the leading sector, management as guarantee, and nursing education as the basis in order to deepen the reform on overall nursing.
