摘要
通过对6省20所医院进行的实地调查,系统地总结了护理人力方面存在的问题及导致问题产生的原 因,并提出了几点切实可行的建议。
An on -the -spot investigation of 20 hospitals in 6 provinces has systematically summarized the problems existing in human resources of nursing care services, analysed the causes of the problems,and formulated several feasible proposals for solution.
