摘要
植酸中的过磷酸基团能结合白酒中带正电荷的Fe2+,Zn2+,Fe3+等许多二价或多价金属离子,形成难溶性植酸盐络合物沉淀,经过滤而除去,达到除去白酒中金属离子的目的,从而改变酒质。植酸添加前用软水稀释至5%浓度后加入酒样中,搅拌静置24~48h;植酸浓度一般为50%~80%,需换算成100%浓度待用。如加入植酸后出现胶体状,可静置3~4d后加入0.1%糊化淀粉吸附处理。(孙悟)
The peroxy-phosphoric acid group of phytic acid could combine positive charge metal ions in liquor such as Fe 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Fe 3+ etc.The formative schwerl phytate complex could be removed by filtration.As a result,the metal ions in liquor could be removed and liquor quality improved.Before the addition of phytic acid,it was diluted by soft water until its concentration dropped to5%.Then it stirred and underwent 24~48h stable placement.The concentration of phytic acid was50%~80%usually.Such phytic acid should be prepared as100%concentration for use.If rubber mass occurred after addition of phytic acid,the liquor should undergo3~4d stable placement and0.1%pasted amylum was added for absorption treatment.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
