基于碳点荧光探针的构建及其对Fe3+的检测

摘要 在本文中,选取廉价的无烟煤作为实验碳源,通过在90℃恒温下用双氧水进行氧化处理,经离心分离、过滤后得到荧光碳点。经纳米粒度分析仪、红外光谱仪等手段表征表明,该荧光碳点的平均粒径为2.6nm,表面有着丰富的-OH、C=O、-NH-等官能团,分散性、稳定性良好。Fe3+与荧光碳点结合产生CDs/Fe(Ⅲ)复合体,使得荧光碳点的荧光强度降低,因此通过构建以荧光碳点为探针来检测Fe3+,在0~200μmol/L具有较好的线性关系(R2=0.9942),其检出限D=0.62μmol/L。 In this paper,cheap anthracite coal was selected as the experimental carbon source,and was oxidized by hydrogen peroxide at a constant temperature of 90℃.After centrifugation,the fluorescent carbon dots are obtained by filtration.The nano-particle size analyzer and infrared spectrometer showed that the average particle size of the fluorescent carbon dots was 2.6 nm.Besides,the surface of the fluorescent carbon dots was rich in functional groups such as-OH,C=O,-NH-,and the dispersion were good as well as the stability.The combination of Fe3+and fluorescent carbon dots produced the CDs/Fe(III)complex,which reduced the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent carbon dots.Therefore,by constructing a fluorescent carbon dot as a probe to detect Fe3+,a good linear relationship is obtained at 0~200μmol·L-1,and the detection limit is D=0.62μmol·L-1.
