摘要
综述了葡萄果实采后果穗不同部位的呼吸代谢及呼吸模式,果实中乙烯变化、果梗与果粒之间离层的形成、果实中酶的变化,SO2对贮藏葡萄果实的伤害机理,并提出了尚需研究的问题。
The respiratory pattern and respiratory metabolism on different places of grape cluster , variations of ethylene in fruit , the formation of absciss layer between fruit stalk and fruit , enzymatic variety in fruit and mechanism of SO_2 injury are summarized. The problems of future research are discussed as well.
