摘要
健康事业是一个国家和民族最具基础性的事业,在现代化建设中具有基础性、全局性、长远性的作用;实施健康中国战略,是"五位一体"总体布局的应有之义。健康中国战略的核心是健康优先,根本目的是实现更高水平的全民健康,实施路径是共建共享,基本策略是把健康融入所有政策,基本制度是健康影响评估制度,载体和抓手是健康城市、健康乡村建设,最终目标是建设健康促进型社会。
The health undertaking is the most basic undertaking of a country and a nation.It has a basic,overall and long-term role in modernization.The implementation of a healthy China strategy is the proper meaning of the overall layout of the'five in one'.The core of the Healthy China Strategy is health priority.The fundamental purpose is to achieve a higher level of national health.The implementation path is to build and share.The basic strategy is to integrate health into all policies.The basic system is the health impact assessment system.The carrier and the hand is healthy.The ultimate goal of urban and healthy rural construction is to build a health-promoting society.
