摘要
经济合作与发展组织(OECD)近期公布的最新一轮TALIS调查结果显示,上海校长行政工作效率高、负担轻且在课程与教学上的时间比例投入位居所有参加本次调查的47个国家或地区的首位。上海校长'专家型校长'的形象获得了国际上广泛的赞誉。然而,对标国际基准,我们发现尽管上海校长在课程与教学领导力上具有卓越的表现,但在学校规划与愿景制定和组织内部的调配等系统性或战略性的领导力投入上却显著低于OECD均值。本文将利用TALIS 2018国际数据库,通过数据分析与国际比较,从TALIS 2018调查所倡导的终身学习视野全面、系统地审视目前上海校长在领导力专业准备和发展上存在的优势与短板。
According to the survey results from the most recent cycle of TALIS 2018,school principals in Shanghai ranks first among 47 participating countries and regions in TALIS 2018 in terms of efficiency in administrative work and committed time in curriculum leadership and teaching.An image of expert principals of Shanghai principals has been well acknowledged and recognized all over the world.However,against the international benchmarking,the percent of time spent on school planning and internal resourcing for principals in Shanghai is significantly lower than the OECD average.This paper aims to examine advantages and shortcomings of professional preparation and in-service training for leadership of principals in Shanghai through data analyses and international comparative studies from the perspective of lifelong learning suggested by the TALIS 2018 survey results.
