摘要
在点火装置发火试验测试系统应用中,经常遇到设备、信号传输的干扰问题,本文首先阐述了点火装置发火试验测试系统的组成结构和工作原理;然后结合该测试系统的结构特点和现场试验环境条件,分析了影响该点火试验测试系统的主要干扰源、原因抗干扰能力的方法和措施。经过试验验证,这些方法和措施对提高点火装置发火试验测试系统抗干扰能力具有普遍意义和实用价值。
In the application of the ignition test system,the problem of device and signal transmission interference is frequently encountered.This paper first describes the structure and operational principle of the ignition test system.Then it analyzes the main sources of interference that affect the ignition test system,causes and transmission pathway,combined with the structural characteristics of the test system and the testing environmental conditions.This paper studies and explores the methods and measures to improve the anti-jamming capability from two aspects of hardware circuit design and software filter program.By the experimental verification,these methods and measures have universal significance and practical value in improving anti-jamming capability of the ignition firing test system.
