摘要
为了实现发火试验时火工品回路及控制系统电路的精确测试,通过在火工品控制电路中并联测试电路,在不破坏火工品电路真实状态下,通过高精度存储测试仪测试,在发火试验时实现对火工品的起爆时序、起爆电压脉宽及系统间产生干扰的精确测试;试验结果表明:对火工品时序和脉宽测试可达到0.001 s精度,可精确捕捉到火工品起爆瞬间对其它控制电路的干扰脉冲,提高了火工品控制电路的测试精度和可靠性;另外,简化了火工品装入航天器后的测试难度,提高了火工品控制电路测试的安全性。
In order to realize the accurate testing circuit of explosive loop and control system when firing test, parallel test circuit in control loop is design in explosive initiator control circuit loop and do not destroy the true state of the system circuit. Explosive initiator timing, voltage pulse width is accurate test, and inter system interference condition is precision test. The result shows that the accuracy of explosive initiator timing and voltage pulse width can reach 0. 001 s, and the disturbance energy generated explosive explosion was detected in other control circuit. The testing method has the characteristics of high accuracy, high reliability. This scheme can reduce the test difficulty and improve security when explosive initiator fitted to the spacecraft inside.
