摘要
目的:通过吻合器切割包皮环切术联合阴茎背神经选择性离断术治疗原发性早泄65例疗效观察。方法:本组选择门诊早泄合并包皮过长65例患者同时行包皮环切术、阴茎背神经离断术,观察手术前后患者射精潜伏期、性生活满意度及妻子性生活满意度变化情况。结果:65例患者术前平均阴道内射精潜伏时间和性交满意度分别为(1.45±0.53)min和(19.14±6.55)%,术后平均射精潜伏期和性交满意度分别为(6.47±1.43)min和(39.20±12.41)%,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新型一次性包皮环切吻合器包皮环切术联合阴茎背神经离断术对原发性早泄是一种有效的治疗方法,适用于包皮过长合并早泄的患者。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation. Methods: Sixty-five voluntary patients with redundant prepuce accompanied primary premature ejaculation in our hospital were selected and treated with circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery. Latency time of intravaginal ejaculation and sexual satisfaction were observed. Results: The postoperative latency time of intravaginal ejaculation,(6. 47±1. 43)min,and sexual satisfaction,(39. 20± 12. 41) %,as comparedwith preoperation,(1. 45±0. 53)min and(19.14±6.55)%,were significantlyimproved(P<0. 01). Conclusions: Circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery is reliable in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation of patients with redundant prepuce.
