摘要
我国加入世贸组织后,经济将融入经济全球化的大循环和大竞争中,加快政府职能转变已迫在眉睫。从分析现状入手,以职能转变理论定位,提出转变政府职能的新思路。
After China's entry into WTO, China's economicy will be integrated into the world's recycling and competition. It is urgent to quicken the functional transfer of the government. A train of ideas are raised about functional transfer of government . starting from analysis of the theory's orientation and the current situation.
