摘要
测定了汽车前桥在山区公路、一般沥青公路及汽车试验场强化路面的道路载荷谱,采用雨流计数法得到了各路面载荷谱的均、幅值计数结果,根据Goodman经验疲劳公式,对雨流计数结果进行了零均值应力转换,利用数理统计的方法得到了各路面的载荷分布数学模型,为部件的疲劳寿命分析提供了重要依据。
Mensurated a vehicle front axle's load spectrum when it was running on mountainous,general tar-paved and vehicle proving ground enhancement roads.obtained the mean and amplitude counting results by means of rain-flow counting method,converted the results to zero mean stress according to Goodman experiential fatigue formula,educed the loads distributing function of each road using statistical principle.
