摘要
目的 探讨应用微型腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床价值。 方法 应用微型腹腔镜器械、自制的带线缝合针和体外缝合体外打结技术为 5 80例小儿行腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术 ,总结临床资料并结合文献进行分析。结果 本组 9例复发 ,治愈率 98.5 % ,复发率 1.5 % ,4例患者脐缘小切口大网膜突出 ,无血肿、出血等并发症。 结论 应用微型腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全、有效、简单、快捷、损伤小、疤痕细微 ,比传统的高位结扎术优越。
Objective To evaluate the clinical practice of microlaparoscopic treatment for indirect inguinal hernias in children. Methods Five hundred and eighty children with indirect inguinal hernias were treated using microlaparoscopic instruments, a special needle and a technique of extraabdominal suture and high ligation of the hernia sac. The clinical data were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results Hernias recurred in nine cases. The cure rate of this group was 98.5%;the recurrence rate was 1.5% for the patients with a follow up from one week to two years. Omentocele at umbilical incision was discovered in 4 cases. No hematoma, no bleeding and no other complications were observed in this group. Conclusion The treatment of indirect inguinal hernias in children using the microlaparoscopic technique is simple, safe, effective, and quick, with least injury and scar. The advantages are greater than those with open techniques.
