摘要
目的探讨应用微创疝囊缝扎器械盒治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的新方法.方法自2002年10月～2003年4月,术者应用自行设计的微创疝囊缝扎器械盒,借助电视腹腔镜设备,对26例小儿腹股沟斜疝患者施行了疝囊高位结扎术.结果全部手术获成功,切口仅有4 mm和2mm两个.无手术并发症发生.住院时间平均2.5 d.结论应用微创疝囊缝扎器械盒治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝与常用手术方法相比,具有创伤更小、恢复更快、手术操作简单、效果可靠等优点,值得临床推广应用.
Objective: To evaluate the new method of laparoscopic repair of baby inguinal hernia with microtrumatic apparatux box. Methods: 26 patients were treated with laparoscopic high sac ligation with self-made microtraumatic apparatus box. Results: All were successfully performed without any complication. The only two wounds were 4 millimeter and 2 millimeter. The average hospitalization was 2.5 days. Conclusion: Compared with traditional operations, this method has the advantage of less trauma, rapid recovery, simple procedure and reliable efficacy, so it is worthy to popularize.
