摘要
企业的人力资源开发作为一种投资活动具有风险。主要对企业人力资源开发风险的特点、风险的类型及成因、风险的防范对策作了探讨,以期企业的人力资源开发更加理性化,实现提高员工素质、增强企业竞争实力、确保企业持续发展的目标。
There are risks in the development of human resources of enterprises as an investment activity. This article discusses the characteristics, types and causes of these risks and analyses relevant precautionary counter-measures, hoping that the development of human resources will be more rational so as to realize the objectives of improving the staff quality, strengthening enterprise competitive capabilities and ensuring sustainable development
