摘要
利用水培法研究了不同基因型水稻根系对 2种形态氮的吸收特性。结果表明 :水稻秧苗根系在 3 0d时对NO3- 吸收较NH4+ 多 ,不同基因型水稻秧苗根系对氮的吸收存在差异 ;单位鲜根对氮的吸收速率与根的活力有关。
Nutrient solution culture was used to study absorbed characteristics of root sysfem of different genotypic rice seedling.The result showed that the amount of absorbed nitrate nitrogen was more than that of ammonium nitrogen to rice seedling root on 30 th days.The absorption of nitrogen of different genotypic rice seeding root was different.The nitric absorbed rate per unit fresh weight of root was related to the root activity.
