摘要
目的 :考察注射用阿魏酸钠与葛根素配伍的合理性。方法 :用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)分析其含量变化 ,同时观察其外观、pH值、不溶性微粒的变化。结果 :两药配伍 6h后的各项结果均无明显变化。结论 :注射用阿魏酸钠可与葛根素注射液在 0 .9%氯化钠注射液中配伍应用。
OBJECTIVE To study the compatibility of sodium ferulate with puerarin in 0.9% sodium chloride injection.METHODS The change in content was determined by HPLC, and the change in appearance, ph, and particulate matter was observed.RESULTS No significant changeh was found in 6 h.CONCLUSIONS Sodium ferulate for injection can be mixed with puerarin injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection for use.
