摘要
目的：建立紫外分光光度法测定注射用阿魏酸钠中间体的含量。方法：紫外分光光度法,检测波长310nm。结果：阿魏酸钠在6.0~14.0μg.ml的范围内有良好的线性关系,（r=0.999 9）,回收率99.64%,RSD=0.26%。结论：本方法简单快捷,结果准确。
Objective：To set up UV method to determination of Intermediate Content of Gabexate Mesilate for Injection.Methods：UV.The detection wavelength was set at 310nm.Results： The liner range of Lomoxicam was 6.0～14.0μg·ml（r=0.999 9）,The average recovery rate of Lornoxicam was 99.64%（RSD=0.26%）.Conclusion：The method is more simple and fast,The result is accurate.
