摘要
本文以实际工程中常见的对称布置的双层隔振系统为研究对象,对于该系统的固有频率及其振动响应进行了分析。针对其对称布置的特点,本文对各阶振型及振动响应的耦合情况进行了详尽的分析和论述。最后以意大利海洋考察船阿里斯号上主柴油发电机组的双层隔振装置的设计资科为工程实例进行了振动计算,其结果与原资料基本符合。本文对于双层隔振系统的设计与应用将有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,the coupling characteristic of a double resilient mounting system has been analyzed in detail.The mechanism causing system coupling is fully investigatcd.Based on the theoretical analysis,the general calculating approaches are satisfactorily developed and a practical design method of a double resilient mounting system in symmetrical ar- rangement is outlined.Finally,the main propulsion diesel generator set of the oceanographic research vessel'Alliance'has been quoted as an engineering example,and a good agreement is obtained between the practical and predicted natural frequencies.The conclusions are available to guide the design of a practical double resilient mounting system.
